The summer sun has all but faded away and left in its wake the crisp fall air. It’s a little colder, and little darker, but our little Shake Shack is still delivering that warm, bright spot in your day no matter what the weather report says!
Did you know in the 1880’s shakes were only for adults? That’s right! The original milkshake was filled with alcohol, and it took until the early 1920’s to get a kid-friendly option made from ice cream and a malted milk drink. A few years later, with the invention of the blender, the modern milkshake was created, and we haven’t looked back ever since!

We are going on 20 years as the best place for shakes and burgers in Southern California and we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Our plan is to serve our fans for at least another 20 years and then some. While you all are showing up here day after day enjoying the food, we are showing up enjoying the people! We love seeing kids have their first experience with fries dipped in a shake, or watching a dog get a pup cup we made especially for them. There’s also nothing quite like watching a hiking club show up in small groups and sit together enjoying fries and the view between friends.

The point here is that we love our job because we love our community. Our pride for the Shake Shack goes beyond serving exceptional food and shakes, it’s also about loving the people that we serve.
